Questions we get

Why do most SFCC implementations underperform?

They were built to launch, then extended for years by whoever was available. Each addition is reasonable on its own; together they produce a storefront carrying work it no longer needs. Almost nobody is paid to go back and remove it.

How is this different from a feature-factory agency?

We start by measuring, not by scoping features. The audit comes first and it is written to be argued with. Then we fix in order of revenue impact, which sometimes means deleting code rather than shipping more of it.
